Free Music Rules

Last updated: 04/01/2010

These Official Free Music Rules are subject to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement ("EULA") to which you must agree in order to use the Service and qualify under these Free Music Rules. Capitalized terms unless otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the EULA.

  1. To qualify for and redeem your Free Music, you must complete each of the following steps:
    1. Registration Form. Complete the registration form for the Service by providing true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. Note that any information that you provide which is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete may disqualify you from eligibility to receive free music.
    2. Special Offers & Survey. All special offers and survey questions following the completion of the registration form are optional. You may either answer or skip them. However, you must answer all of the questions (yes or no) as indicated on the "Special Offer Survey" page. Expressing interest in response to any special offer or survey question is not required to qualify for your free music.
  2. Disclaimer. Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is not affiliated with the manufacturer or provider of the music nor with any of the third parties appearing in the marketing promotional copy. GetMusicFree reserves the right to suspend or discontinue this Service at any time for any reason without notice.
  3. Restrictions on Use. The following actions will be considered a breach of these Free Music Rules and, at GetMusicFree's sole discretion, may result in your account being suspended or terminated without possibility of reinstatement:
    1. The Service is unique to you as an individual, and you may not use another person's name or information on the Service. You must complete the process yourself.
    2. You are responsible for the security of your account; therefore you may not share your account or account password with another person.
